Salary: 14,000/month + Up to 13,000 Incentives + PF + ESI

Role Summary

We are looking for motivated freshers who are interested in building a career in retail sales. The selected candidate will assist customers, support store operations, and learn retail sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide basic product information

• Understand customer requirements and provide assistance

• Support senior sales staff with floor operations

• Maintain product arrangement and stock on the sales floor

• Learn and follow billing, stock handling, and merchandising procedures

• Achieve assigned sales and incentive targets

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor

• Assist with stock counting and replenishment

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass

• Freshers are welcome

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to learn retail sales

• Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach

• Ability to work as part of a team
