Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location(s): Delhi NCR, Bathinda, Varanasi, Jaipur, GT Belt Haryana (mainly Ambala/Kurukshetra)

Experience: 1-3 years (preferably in the sanitary ware or bath fittings industry)

Age: 25-35 years

Position Overview

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executives to drive business growth through dealer and distributor network development, relationship management, and achieving regional sales targets. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the sanitary ware or bath fittings industry, with strong communication and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand Dealer/Distributor Network in assigned territories.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealers, Customers, and Influencers (Architects, Contractors, etc.).
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through the dealer network.
  • Handle customer enquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Organize and participate in structured meets and events with key influencers.
  • Develop and implement sales schemes to drive business performance.
  • Plan and follow daily journey plans, ensuring adherence and timely reporting through the company app.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.
  • Represent GROTTO in commercial and institutional projects.
  • Forecast demand and sales accurately for assigned regions.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 1-3 years (preferably in the sanitary ware or bath fittings industry)
  • Preferred Industry Background: Candidates with experience in reputed international sanitary ware brands such as Kohler, Roca, Grohe, etc.
  • Age: 25-35 years
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred)
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation and relationship management abilities
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and mobile reporting apps
