Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Sales Executives to expand our lubricant business across Delhi and Ghaziabad. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in lubricant sales who enjoy fieldwork, client interactions, and achieving sales targets. You will represent the brand directly in the market and play a key role in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients across assigned territories
  • Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
  • Identify new business opportunities through market mapping and competitor analysis
  • Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations
  • Represent the company at trade meets, exhibitions, and promotional activities
  • Deliver effective sales presentations with sound product and technical knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback
  • Share market insights and customer requirements with the internal team for strategic planning

Candidate Profile / Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in lubricant sales (mandatory)
  • Male candidates only
  • Must own a two-wheeler (bike) for field travel
  • Comfortable using digital tools for reporting, communication, and follow-ups
  • Strong command of English with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confident, professional, and capable of representing the company in the market
