We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in sales and a passion for driving business growth. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients to showcase products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
