Job Title: Sales Executive – FMCG Wholesale 

Industry: FMCG / Wholesale Distribution 

Experience Required: 1–3 Years 

Location: Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi 

Salary Budget: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for the FMCG wholesale segment. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales through platforms like IndiaMART and Justdial, managing customer communication, maintaining relationships with existing clients, broadcasting company offers and rates, and increasing overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries received through IndiaMART, Justdial, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

Provide quick responses to customer queries, messages, and call follow-ups.

Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

Broadcast company rates, offers, rate changes, and new arrivals to customers through WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Motivate customers by explaining competitive pricing, best deals, and exciting stock availability.

Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Promote fast-moving and newly available stock to increase sales.

Develop strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and existing customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall sales performance.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.

Maintain customer records, follow-up data, and sales reports.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Quick response handling on WhatsApp, calls, and customer messages.

Ability to handle existing clients and develop long-term customer relationships.

Knowledge of FMCG wholesale market.

Experience in handling IndiaMART and Justdial leads.

Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Broadcasting, CRM, etc.).

Ability to work under sales targets.

Qualification

Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.

Experience in FMCG sales or wholesale industry preferred
