Job Description

Grant Ventura is looking for dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Executives and Sales Managers to expand our business operations across Kerala.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, expanding our dealer and distributor network, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across Kerala.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct market visits and identify potential customers.
• Coordinate sales activities, customer follow-ups, and collections.
• For managerial roles, lead sales initiatives and support team performance.

Requirements

• Experience in FMCG, distribution, B2B, or field sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the Kerala market.
• Fluency in Malayalam.
• Willingness to travel within Kerala as required.
