Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their media, advertising, or B2B sales career who is eager to learn the ropes of outdoor advertising, transit media, and DOOH, while contributing to client acquisition and revenue growth across both Fyre Media and Bohni networks.

This role is focused on lead generation, client outreach, supporting deal closures, and building the foundation for a long-term career in media sales, with guidance and mentorship from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition

Assist in identifying and reaching out to brands, advertising agencies, and local businesses.
Generate leads through networking, field visits, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Help build and maintain a sales pipeline under guidance from senior sales team members.
Support relationship-building with marketing heads, business owners, and decision-makers.

Media Sales & Revenue Generation

Assist in selling Fyre Media and Bohni advertising solutions to brands and agencies.
Learn to pitch hyperlocal, transit, and DOOH advertising solutions.
Support the creation of customized media plans and campaign proposals.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets alongside the sales team.
Help convert pilot campaigns into long-term advertising partnerships.

Agency & Relationship Management

Support relationship-building with advertising agencies and media planners.
Assist in maintaining client relationships and identifying up-selling opportunities.
Contribute to renewals and repeat business efforts.
Represent Zoco Mediaworks professionally as part of a leading hyper-local media platform.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Understand client objectives and assist in recommending suitable advertising solutions.
Coordinate with operations and campaign teams for smooth execution.
Support onboarding and campaign delivery processes.

Reporting & Forecasting

Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and basic revenue forecasts.
Track opportunities and follow up on leads consistently.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Advertising Sales, Media Sales, Outdoor Advertising, Transit Media, DOOH, Digital Media Sales, or general B2B/Field Sales.
Willingness to learn and grow in the media and advertising sales domain.
Basic negotiation and communication skills, with eagerness to develop deal-closing ability.
Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
Freshers with strong internship experience in sales/BD or a demonstrable sales aptitude may also be considered.
