Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Thrissur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving customer engagement, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include providing product knowledge, assisting customers in the selection of jewelry, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining accurate sales records. Additionally, this role involves identifying potential leads, developing sales strategies, and supporting promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Sales, Client Relations, and Customer Engagement
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Understanding of Jewelry or Luxury Retail Market and Product Knowledge
  • Organizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications
  • Proactive attitude with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales goals
  • Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
