Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Raipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing sales presentations, meeting new leads, visiting leads and enquiries, engaging existing customers, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and keep detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the consulting and automation industry is a plus
