Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for all incoming wedding inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, quick understanding of client requirements, and the ability to filter and qualify leads effectively. The candidate will play a key role in converting inquiries into potential clients and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling Sales Inquiries:
- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media inquiries related to wedding planning services
- Engage with potential clients in a warm, professional, and persuasive manner
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and expectations
2. Lead Qualification & Filtration:
- Assess and qualify leads based on budget, scale, location, and service requirements
- Filter out non-relevant or low-potential inquiries as per company criteria
- Ensure only high-quality leads are passed on to the senior sales/design team
3. Client Coordination:
- Schedule consultations or meetings for qualified leads
- Share initial information about services, offerings, and company profile
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
4. Data Management & CRM
- Maintain accurate records of all inquiries and conversations in CRM or internal systems
- Update lead status, remarks, and follow-up actions regularly
- Track conversions and support reporting requirements
5. Sales Support
- Assist the sales/design team with client information and briefing
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Support in achieving monthly sales targets
