Role Description
The Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include prospecting leads, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and the timely delivery of solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position in Porur, Chennai, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT Sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills
- Experience in client relationship management and customer service
- Understanding of technology solutions, including web design, development, and digital marketing
- Proficiency in market research and lead generation techniques
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and productivity tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in technology or digital marketing sales is a plus
