We are seeking experienced sales professionals with a background in banking or financial product sales to join our team as Relationship Managers. The role involves driving sales of Mutual Funds, Equity, Bonds, and Insurance products, combining both provided client leads and independent business development efforts.
This position is ideal for candidates who have proven expertise in financial sales, strong client acquisition skills, and the ability to deliver results within a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
o Work on a mix of provided client data and self-sourced leads.
o Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
Sales & Advisory
o Pitch and sell Mutual Funds, Equity, Bonds, and Insurance products.
o Provide tailored investment solutions aligned with client needs and risk appetite.
o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management
o Develop trust-based relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
o Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence
o Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
o Share insights with clients to position products effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 23 years in financial sales (banking, wealth products, or insurance).
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, Equity, Bonds, Insurance.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
Certifications: NISM or IRDA certifications preferred.
Compensation
Package Range: 4045K CTC.
