Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing client accounts, conducting market research, and providing expert product knowledge. The role requires effective communication and the ability to negotiate and close sales efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with skills in prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, along with excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of laminate and hardwood flooring products or a willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive trends
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic reporting tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
