Job Description

Mission of the Role

This role is responsible for promoting and selling our VOC services to the local exporters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore, identify, contact and prospect potential customers (by using all appropriate and necessary means). Create ad hoc database of customers.
  • Turn prospects into new customers by closing deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and grow the sales of the existing clients by capturing additional products and/ or by extending our services to other VOC programs.
  • Daily use of CRM systems.
  • Provide weekly & monthly reporting on prospection and on Sales Activities.
  • Work closely with the coordinators and ensure proper follow up of his clients orders.
  • Manage the relationships with his client's portfolio (i.e. by coordinating clients specific requests)
  • Handle customer issues and after sales issues.
  • Work closely and proactively with the VOC Marketing Manager in accordance with the general marketing strategy.
  • Provide the local marketing plans to the VOC marketing manager.

Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills

  • High school degree or equivalent, in International Trade.
  • Minimum 2-3 years B2B successful sales experience.
  • Proven experience or direct knowledge of consumer goods industries (exporters, wholesalers, distributors, decision makers)
  • Conformity assessment knowledge and/ or experiencing a strong plus.
