Sales Executive - Vishwas Sales (E0) Affordable HL/LAP

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source business for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Acquire customers through branches, DSAs, builders, and direct sourcing channels.
• Achieve sales, cross-sell, and insurance targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Ensure timely documentation, application login, and customer service.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities for CASA and other banking products.
• Adhere to all compliance and business process guidelines.

Eligibility

• Graduate with 1-5 years of experience in HL, LAP, Mortgage, BFSI, or Banking Sales.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of secured lending products preferred.
