Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive (Vehicle Finance) role based in Aurangabad. The Sales Executive will identify and approach potential customers for vehicle finance products, build and manage relationships with dealers and distributors, and explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting field visits, collecting and verifying customer documents, and coordinating with internal credit and operations teams for loan processing. The role also involves achieving monthly sales and collection targets, maintaining accurate records of applications and follow-ups, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Sales Executive will provide post-disbursement support, address customer queries, and contribute feedback to improve products and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills in financial services or vehicle finance, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Strong customer relationship management and communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of lending processes, documentation, and credit assessment, preferably in NBFC or banking environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Aurangabad, conduct regular field visits, and manage time and territory efficiently.
- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor's degree or equivalent; a focus in finance, business, or commerce is an advantage.
- Comfort with using mobile and computer applications for data entry, reporting, and tracking sales performance.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
- Prior experience in vehicle finance or consumer lending is preferred but motivated candidates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
