Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Sangli, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key activities include researching prospective clients, conducting meetings, preparing and delivering proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to create and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
  • Familiarity with technology products and services, especially related to Data Centres, Virtualization, and security solutions is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Proficiency in digital tools and software for documentation, reporting, and customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt in a hybrid work environment
  • Prior sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is advantageous
  • Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field
