Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our used car sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer buying experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for automobiles and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in customers and online inquiries for used car sales.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
  • Generate leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
  • Assist customers with finance, insurance, and documentation processes.
  • Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cars and automobile features.
  • Customer-focused and target-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
