Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in Nashik. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored loan solutions. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with financial institutions, preparing loan documentation, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory process for clients. As a key contributor, the Sales Executive will assist clients from initial inquiry through loan disbursement while upholding the company's commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and negotiate with clients and financial institutions
  • Sales and marketing skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in loan products, mortgage processes, and financial services
  • Attention to detail with skills in managing documentation and ensuring accuracy
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
  • Prior sales experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with the regional market is a plus
