Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships, and facilitating property transactions. Key tasks include understanding client requirements, presenting property options, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the internal team to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Negotiation, Sales, and Communication to effectively engage clients and close property deals.
  • Ability to identify leads, build client relationships, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Business Development, and Target Achievement strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for coordinating site visits and managing multiple clients effectively.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
