Should have hands on working experience onanyCRMlike ZOHO, Sales Forceandmaintaindata on regularbasis.
Generate Leadsthrough variousweb-basedplatforms as provided by UPSPL / Client calling/ E-mailsto Clientsandensure sales team is acting to qualify lead and take forward with clients as per defined sales process.
ProficiencyWith any AI toollike Chat GPT, Claude AI etc. as anefforttowards automatethe sales process
Coordinate with sales and Ops. Team to keep update sales presentationas a part of continual improvement.
Backend coordination support for sales team by interacting with the prospective clients, fixing up meetings, following up on proposaletc.
Maintain theCompiling detailed dossiers on Large and strategic accounts
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales MIS in coordination with Sales Team
Present sales MIS in daily/ weekly/ monthly meetings among AVP and sales team
Coordinate with AVP for marketing communication like prepare regular one pager for sales promotion through emails / LinkedIn etc.
Tracking the development in our target industry by reading the necessary magazines, industry, journals, portal, et cetera
Along with AVP, attendtrade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars to promoteservices andbuild brand presence&networking,ifrequired.
ClientVisit with regional team /AVP,as and whenrequired
Experience in tendering likeGEM,ispreferred
Required Skills:
Should haveindustrialservices background
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office toolsand CRM( ERPwill be an added advantage)
Willing to Travel
