Designation: Sales Executive

Experience Required: 24 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Location: Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad

Salary Range: 25,000 35,000

Job Summary

AACCI is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager Memberships & Engagement to drive membership growth, revenue generation, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into members, managing relationships, and ensuring active participation on the AACCI Web App and business ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue through AACCI membership sales.
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert prospects into members.
  • Promote AACCI memberships including Individual, Corporate, and Committee memberships.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and lead funnel.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of new members.
  • Encourage active participation on AACCI Web App and community platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, chapters, and committees.
  • Provide regular sales reports, insights, and market feedback.
  • Drive renewals, retention, and upselling opportunities.

Eligibility / Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 24 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Membership Sales
  • Experience in B2B sales or community-based organizations preferred
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
