We are looking for energetic, driven, and ambitious professionals to join our Franchise Sales team and help expand the UClean footprint across India.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive – Franchise Sales, your primary responsibility will be to work on leads generated through multiple channels and convert them into successful franchise partners.
You will engage with prospective investors and entrepreneurs, guide them through the franchise opportunity, conduct meetings, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy sales, communication, relationship-building, and achieving ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle incoming franchise leads from digital campaigns, portals, referrals, and other channels
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective franchise partners
- Understand lead intent, budget, and investment appetite
- Build strong engagement and trust with prospects
- Convert leads into signed franchise partners
Meetings & Presentations
- Conduct virtual meetings with prospects over video calls
- Arrange in-person meetings wherever feasible
- Present the UClean business opportunity professionally and confidently
- Resolve queries and objections effectively
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate lead records, updates, and follow-ups in CRM
- Track sales funnel movement and conversion progress
- Participate in daily/weekly review meetings
Travel & Events
- Travel to different cities across India for franchise exhibitions, business events, and lead meetings as required
- Represent the brand professionally during events
Target Achievement
- Achieve and exceed monthly lead conversion and revenue targets
- Maintain high activity levels across calls, meetings, and follow-ups
Desired Candidate Profile
Eligibility
- Experience: 0 to 5 years
- Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are welcome
- Graduation preferred
Skills Required
- Strong spoken and written English/Hindi communication skills
- Confident personality with persuasive ability
- Comfortable speaking with business owners / investors
- Good follow-up discipline and sales hunger
- Ability to manage CRM and sales pipeline systematically
- Willingness to travel as required
- Target-driven mindset with ownership attitude

Compensation
- INR 25,000 to INR 50,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
