Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at our Bhubaneswar location. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing product demonstrations, and participating in sales strategy meetings. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development
  • Ability to build Client Relationships and provide excellent Customer Service
  • Knowledge of CPaaS solutions such as Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, and RCS Business Messaging
  • Effective Communication and Presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the technology or communications industry is an advantage
  • Tech-savviness and the ability to understand and present complex solutions
