Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's logistics services. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, handling client inquiries, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves staying updated on market trends, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a focus on client acquisition and retention
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and excellent negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the logistics industry, including air freight, sea freight, customs regulations, and warehousing
  • Effective communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and goal-driven performance
  • Experience in B2B sales or logistics is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Flexibility to work in an on-site environment and willingness to travel as needed
