Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Mohali, Punjab. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling domestic and international FIT/Customized packages, identifying and generating leads, building strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Daily responsibilities include communicating with potential clients, presenting travel packages, closing deals, and providing outstanding customer service. The role also involves collaborating with team members to develop sales strategies, staying updated on market trends, and maintaining proper documentation of sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in travel agency sales
  • Proven skills in Lead Generation and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong abilities in Sales Negotiation and Closing Deals
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze Market Trends and craft Sales Strategies
  • Experience in using CRM tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
