Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy client engagement, sales support, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will play a key role in client outreach, relationship management, and supporting business growth in the India market — all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients via phone to promote company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and responsive support.
- Re-engage inactive or previous users and encourage platform reactivation.
- Identify client needs and provide suitable, tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and engagement targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.
- Execute assigned tasks based on business development needs in the India market.
Requirements
- Prior experience in telesales, sales support, or customer service is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Urdu, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Target-oriented, persuasive, and professional in handling client interactions.
- Able to manage objections and rejection effectively.
- Well-organized with strong time management skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Possess a stable internet connection and a quiet, suitable home working environment.
