What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience at a reputed store in Indore
• Knowledge of women's ethnic and indo-western wear
• Strong communication and people skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Engage customers with personalised styling advice
• Handle billing, exchanges, returns, and complaints via POS systems
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Lead and guide the sales team to maintain service quality
• Manage inventory, stock movement, and regular audits
• Coordinate with backend teams for stock availability
• Ensure accurate sales reporting, cash handling, and expense transparency
• Maintain store discipline, grooming standards, and visual merchandising
• Safeguard brand reputation and ensure high customer satisfaction
