Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Faridabad. The Sales Executive will identify and prospect new clients, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and present Tickling Ticket's offerings in a clear and compelling manner. The role includes managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing, while consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. The Sales Executive will maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, handle inquiries, and provide after-sales support to encourage repeat business and referrals. Daily responsibilities also involve updating CRM or sales tracking tools, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams (such as operations and customer service), and gathering market feedback to inform sales strategies.
