Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Specialist with a passion for luxury home decor and styling. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing both in-store and online sales channels, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining inventory accuracy. They will play a vital role in enhancing our client's experience by offering decor advice, managing orders, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Client Engagement: Handle both in-store and online sales, ensuring clients receive a high level of service and decor advice tailored to their preferences. Engage with clients, understand their needs, and offer styling suggestions to enhance their decor vision.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, track stock movement, and coordinate with suppliers as needed. Ensure accurate order processing, inventory records, and timely restocking of popular items.
• Order and Delivery Coordination: Process orders accurately and efficiently, both online and offline. Manage delivery timelines, follow up on shipping, and ensure a smooth client experience from purchase to delivery.
• Visual Merchandising and Styling Knowledge: Maintain a visually appealing store layout and assist in styling displays that highlight the beauty of each item, creating an inviting and luxurious atmosphere.
