Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building a daily sales network of branches and staff by leveraging the relationships and running periodic contests and incentives. He should be a self starter driving the team with new initiatives and generating business himself. The pay includes a variable component based on performance. Only candidates interested in a long term growth with a fast growing NBFC like Muthoot Group need apply.

Qualifications

  • Thrive on a fast paced, daily target based environment
  • Ability to generate leads daily and bring in conversions
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Experience in the financial services, payment, telecom or insurance
  • Cross selling experience and proficiency
  • Inter personal skills to leverage vast network of branches to generate sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
