Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive for Tempus Central Software, based in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and executing various sales activities. The ideal candidate will leverage a consultative selling approach to engage potential clients and drive revenue growth for the company.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Software Sales and Sales processes
  • Experience in creating and delivering engaging Sales Presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and new business opportunities
  • Strong skills in Consultative Selling and relationship management
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Knowledge or experience in industrial automation solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
