Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a TeleCalling Sales Executive. The role involves engaging with potential business clients via phone to identify opportunities, generate leads, and foster professional relationships. Key responsibilities include managing and updating client databases, following up on leads, pitching services based on clients needs, achieving weekly or monthly targets, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales success. You will also ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on active listening and customer engagement
  • Experience in telecalling, cold calling, and effective outreach practices
  • Sales acumen, goal-oriented mindset, and proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or lead generation is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required for effective client communication
