Position
Sales Executive – Inside / Inbound (TeleSales)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Call interested leads provided by the company (no cold calling).
- Understand customer business needs and schedule product demos.
- Deliver simple and clear product demos over call/video.
- Handle customer queries and explain how our software saves time & effort.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn incentives.
- Follow the company's structured sales process (SOP).
- Support smooth onboarding of customers after closure.
Key Skills Required
- 0–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / TeleSales / B2C Sales.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone or video calls.
- Strong communication & convincing skills.
- Must know Hindi & English.
- Target-oriented mindset with willingness to learn.
Education
- Graduate from any recognized university
- MBA / M.Com preferred (not mandatory)
