Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Surat in this full-time, on-site role. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, and achieving sales targets. This role involves conducting market research, creating effective sales strategies, preparing client proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies. The Sales Executive will also provide exceptional customer service and maintain detailed records of customer activities and sales performance.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role is preferred
  • Knowledge of the local market, particularly in Surat, is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
