We are actively seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive / Store Supervisor to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer engagement, maintaining impeccable product presentation, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring efficient store operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Customer Engagement:
  • Engage our customer the first time and every time, ensuring a welcoming and proactive approach.
  • Greet, meet, and get to know our customers in order to effectively meet their needs and build lasting relationships.
  • Actively drive sales and contribute to achieving store targets.
  • Product Presentation & Merchandising:
  • Treat our shoes and accessories with love, demonstrating care and attention to detail.
  • Ensure the sales floor is displayed to company standards and consistently beautifully presented, creating an attractive shopping environment.
  • Team Collaboration & Energy:
  • Be a collaborative part of the team and treat every co-worker with respect, positivity, and camaraderie.
  • Ensure the team's positive energy and enthusiasm is shared with every customer every day, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.
  • Operations & Inventory Management:
  • Consistently perform tasks such as recovering, filling, stocking, cleaning, and shifting merchandise, maintaining a constantly organized and appealing store.
  • Never stop moving and ensuring our floor inventory and store look top-notch, reflecting high operational standards.
