Sales Executive

Location: Kozhikode (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 0–2 Years (Travel/Tourism sales preferred)

We're looking for someone early in their career who's ambitious, eager to learn, and enjoys talking to people.

This role isn't just about selling holiday packages. It's about understanding customers, building trust, recommending the right travel solutions, and confidently converting enquiries into happy travelers.

We're less interested in a perfect resume and more interested in your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
  • Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and website leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects until closure.
  • Build strong relationships with customers throughout their booking journey.
  • Coordinate with the operations and ticketing teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking tools.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with the team.
  • Represent Stayroute Holidays professionally in every customer interaction.
What We're Looking For
  • 0–2 years of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with customers and handling sales conversations.
  • A genuine interest in travel and tourism.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-oriented.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
  • Ability to work from our Kozhikode office.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred.
