Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will engage with customers to understand their travel needs, provide expert advice, and curate bespoke travel itineraries. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and managing inquiries and bookings efficiently. The role also involves staying updated about travel trends, destinations, and market dynamics.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with an ability to effectively communicate with customers and close deals
  • Travel knowledge and experience, including a passion for exploring destinations and market insights
  • Customer relationship management and service-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software or CRM tools is advantageous
