Job Title: Sales Executive Recruitment & Staffing

Company: Innovate Tech IT LLC

Location: Gandhinagar, Onsite

Salary: 20k to 40k Plus Attractive Incentives

Shifts: USA Shifts (7:30PM - 4:30AM IST)

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Senior Sales Executive with 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client acquisitionpreferably within recruitment, staffing, HR, or BPO domains.

This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting high-quality candidates, students, or clients seeking job opportunities and recruitment services in the US market. The Senior Sales Executive will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and optimizing sales strategies.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, target, and onboard candidates, students, or clients actively seeking job opportunities or recruitment services in the USA
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to successful onboarding
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, job portals, referrals, networking, and market research
  • Present and pitch Innovate Tech IT LLC's recruitment and staffing services effectively to prospects
  • Conduct discovery calls, service presentations, requirement gathering, and negotiations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients
  • Ensure a seamless, professional onboarding experience for all onboarded candidates or clients
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to refine outreach strategies
  • Guide and support junior sales or business development team members
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports

  • Required Skills & Qualifications 1 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Strong background in recruitment, staffing, HR, or BPO industry (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of the US job market and hiring practices
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US shift environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and closing skills
  • Experience handling targets, incentives, and performance metrics
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is an added advantage
