Sales Executive – Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Cover 6 fixed beats weekly with 25–30 outlet calls per day, maintaining 60%+ productive calls.
- Acquire 10–15 new outlets monthly and ensure repeat orders within 30 days.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while booking orders, tracking deliveries, and executing in-store
visibility.
- Enforce MOP price discipline, prevent leakages, and maintain zero discrepancies.
- Drive HORECA cook-tests, capture retailer feedback, strengthen institutional sales, and control
return ratios (<1%) and out-of-stock incidents (<5%).

Requirements
- 3–5 years FMCG staples sales experience (rice, atta, oil, dairy, pulses) in Hyderabad OR strong
kirana/wholesale beat knowledge with 6 months field sales.
- Two-wheeler with valid DL and smartphone; WhatsApp/SFA proficiency required.
- Language: Telugu and Hindi (mandatory); basic English for reporting.
- Strong knowledge of local markets, specific beats, and outlets.
- Two trade references (ex-managers/distributors).
