Job Description
- Drive channel sales by building and managing relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular field sales activities, including on-site visits to clients, demos, and closing deals in the building materials sector.
- Organize and lead architect meetings to showcase products, understand project needs, and secure specifications in upcoming construction projects.
- Hold contractor meetings to promote solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure repeat business from key influencers in B2B sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the building materials industry, focusing on B2B channels to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Candidate Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the building materials industry
- Strong track record in channel sales management and partner ecosystem development.
- Demonstrated expertise in holding architect meetings and securing product specifications in construction projects.
- Hands-on experience with field sales, contractor meetings, and closing high-value B2B deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proficiency in Hindi/English and regional languages is a plus.
- Must have a two wheeler with valid license & needs to be comfortable with travelling.
