Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivatedSales Executiveto promote and sellSolset products, includingSolset Inverters and Mini WiFi UPS. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of power backup products and proven experience in sales. AB.Tech qualificationwill be an added advantage.
- Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sellSolset Inverters, Mini WiFi UPS, and related power backup solutions
- Identify new customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Solset products
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features clearly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the technical and service team for smooth order execution
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new technologies
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Power / Related field) Preferred
- Diploma / Graduate candidates with strong product knowledge may also apply
- Experience:
- Minimum25 years of experiencein sales of inverters, UPS, solar, power backup, or electrical products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel for sales and client meetings
- Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in inverter / UPS / solar or power electronics industry
- Strong dealer and channel sales network
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and professional attitude
