Location: Ghaziabad

NorthBridge Infra Energy Private Limited is looking for a Sales Executive to grow our rooftop solar business across residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers.

The role will involve identifying prospective customers, conducting field visits, understanding their electricity consumption and requirements, presenting suitable solar solutions, and driving opportunities through to order closure.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through field visits, direct prospecting, referrals and local networks.
Engage with homeowners, RWAs, commercial establishments, factories, schools, hospitals and other potential C&I customers.
Understand customer requirements, electricity consumption and site suitability for rooftop solar.
Explain project economics, including expected generation, savings, payback, net metering and applicable subsidies.
Coordinate site surveys and work with the technical team to prepare proposals.
Present commercial proposals, negotiate terms and follow up with customers through order closure.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve defined sales targets.
Develop relationships and referral networks across Ghaziabad and nearby NCR markets.

Candidate Profile

Graduate / Diploma holder with 2–5 years of field sales experience preferred.
Experience in solar, electrical products, building materials, HVAC or similar field-sales businesses will be an advantage.
Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with cold prospecting and extensive field work.
Self-driven, target-oriented and focused on converting opportunities into sales.
Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred.
