We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling end-to-end solar project sales, client acquisition, and coordination with technical teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and convert them into Solar EPC projects
Meet residential, commercial, and industrial clients
Conduct site visits and understand project requirements
Coordinate with technical/engineering teams for proposals and quotations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth project execution
Handle negotiations and close deals effectively
Track competitor activities and market trends
13 years of experience in Solar EPC sales (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Local market knowledge of Varanasi preferred
Salary up to 28,000 per month
