Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Solar Division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales within the solar energy sector. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for solar products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the solar energy sector.
  • Conduct field sales activities, including customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solar solutions (rooftop solar systems, solar panels, inverters, etc.).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with project and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales, preferably in solar sales.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of solar products, systems, and services.
  • Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.

Languages: Fluency in the local language is preferred.
