Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Solar Division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales within the solar energy sector. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for solar products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients in the solar energy sector.
- Conduct field sales activities, including customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solar solutions (rooftop solar systems, solar panels, inverters, etc.).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with project and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales, preferably in solar sales.
