Role Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar products and services
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct site visits and assess customer energy requirements
  • Present solar system proposals, cost benefits, and ROI to clients
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with technical and installation teams for project execution
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on solar industry trends, government policies, and incentives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in the solar or renewable energy sector
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is preferred
