Sales Executive

Salary: Up to 15,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to contact customers who have added products to their shopping carts but have not completed their purchases. The primary responsibility is to call these customers, address their concerns, and convert abandoned carts into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers who have abandoned their shopping carts.
• Follow up with potential customers and convince them to complete their purchases.
• Resolve customer queries regarding products, pricing, sizing, delivery, and payment options.
• Handle objections professionally and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain call records and follow up with interested customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Track order conversions and prepare sales reports.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or e-commerce sales is preferred.
• Ability to persuade customers and close sales over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
