Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and lead generation, conducting property showings, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating and closing deals, preparing sales reports, and providing market analysis to clients. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate regulations and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Lead Generation
  • Strong Negotiation and Closing skills
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Market Analysis and Regulations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Range

Experienced - 4 to 4.8 LPA CTC
