Position: Telesales Executive (Home Loan)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executives to join our team at Smart Finance Solution. The role involves promoting and selling home loan products over the phone, guiding customers, and ensuring a smooth application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers via calls to promote home loan products.

• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly to customers.

• Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer information in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience (preferably in loans/financial products).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.

• Basic knowledge of home loans or financial products is an advantage.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday weekly off)

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Compensation: Competitive salary plus attractive incentives
