Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and promote the company's logistics services. Daily activities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, negotiating terms, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure service commitments are met. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools, tracking targets, and providing regular updates to management. This position requires a proactive approach to market research, competitor analysis, and participation in sales campaigns or local networking events.
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in sales, business development, and client relationship management in logistics or related industries.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
Comfort with using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic office software for reporting and documentation.
Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is highly beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, visit client locations as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
